Those are two words often left out of the Airport business but I have made those words the priority for The Eastern Iowa Airport. We’ve had numerous air service enhancements and customer service improvements in the past few months that benefit the traveling public, the airlines, the Airport and the Corridor. Allegiant Airlines began service to Orlando Sanford International Airport using 140- and 150- passenger jets. Allegiant has been a tremendous partner with the Airport and the region. Their service to Las Vegas has put that city as the No. 1 spot travelers go to from Cedar Rapids...more
